Do you dare to commit to the result your organization truly needs?
We
commit with you—fully.

One Year. One Result That Changes Everything.

The One Year Promise is not a strategic plan — it’s a shared commitment to achieve, within twelve months, a measurable and visible transformation.

Today’s leaders face a paradox:

     • They work harder than ever, yet their results fail to keep pace.
    • Meetings repeat, plans become obsolete before they even begin, and the feeling that something is missing grows ever stronger.

The One Year Promise method was created precisely to resolve this.

It helps your team move from discussing problems to transforming indicators, from planning to executing, and from exhaustion to pride.

No More!

What Is the One Year Promise

The One Year Promise is a strategic execution methodology that accompanies your team for twelve months to achieve an extraordinary and sustainable result.

We don’t produce endless diagnostics.

We don’t deliver reports no one reads.

We create, together, a leap in results.

Throughout the year, we work side by side with your team through three simple yet powerful iterative movements:
1. See with clarity – We identify the gaps between where you are and where you need to be, the quality of relationships with key stakeholders, and more.
2. Ideate change – Using powerful ideation methodologies, we create concrete solutions and rapid experiments with real impact.
3. Agile change – We transform tested ideas into sustainable and systemic results.

What Changes Within Your Organisation

After a year with the One Year Promise, organizations:
  • Rediscover their enthusiasm — that energizan sense of “it’s finally happening!”
  • Adopt a new way of working — agile, focused, and profoundly human.
  • Build aligned and mobilized teams united around a clear result.
  • Experience visible leaps in productivity, culture, and profitability.

Why It Works

The One Year Promise combines the proven methodology of SHLOMOCHANGE, built on more than twenty years of experience transforming major organizations across Latin America.

Its power lies in the precise blend of:

  • The science of change – our Dynamics of Change™ methodology makes the invisible visible.

  • Rigor and humanity – we use data, but also emotion and purpose.

  • Execution focus – we stay until the result happens.

  • Capability transfer – change remains with your people, not with the consultant.

We Are SHLOMOCHANGE

We are Fernanda and Shlomo, founders of SHLOMOCHANGE.

We share a common purpose: to help leaders and organizations transform the way they face change — so that results are measured not only in numbers, but also in energy, meaning, and pride.

Fernanda has devoted more than a decade to preparing people and organizations for change. Her purpose is clear: to reconcile people with change, so that instead of being experienced as a threat, it becomes a lever for growth and empowerment. She has the rare sensitivity to listen to what is not said — to read the invisible dynamics within organisations — and the skill to translate that understanding into tangible, high-impact results.

Those who have worked with her highlight her unique blend of human closeness and strategic rigour, a combination that not only transforms organisations but also amplifies trust and the voice of women within them.

Shlomo knows first-hand what it means to live the paradox of visible success while carrying a quiet sense of frustration.
That experience shaped a unique ability: to hold inner tensions and turn them into clarity, learning, and bold decisions.
It is this same ability he brings to leadership teams — helping them face complexity not with fear, but with courage and perspective.

Together, we have accompanied more than 173 executives and teams across Latin America, the United States, and Israel.
We have been in boardrooms and in one-on-one conversations with leaders who bear the weight of impossible results.
And in every one of those spaces, we have confirmed the same truth: true transformation is not only about achieving results, but about doing so in a way that preserves clarity, energy, purpose, and human connection.

That is the heart of the One Year Promise
a process that is both structured and human, where leadership teams transform frustration into energy, resistance into action,
and short-term outcomes into lasting, systemic change.

How the One Year Promise Method Works

The One Year Promise (OYP) unfolds through two complementary movements:
1. Generating the year’s promises
2. Fulfilling them together with the teams.

1. Generating the Year’s Promises

(Our alternative to traditional strategic planning)

Most strategic plans fail because they remain as PowerPoint decks that age before they are ever executed.
The One Year Promise replaces that model with something far more dynamic and powerful — the creation of concrete promises.

Preparation phase: over two weeks, the leadership team engages in conversations with key stakeholders — to learn from the year that is ending and to receive their expectations for the year ahead.

Then, in an intensive two- to three-day workshop, we help the team to:

  • See with clarity the gaps between current reality and the results the organization needs them to achieve.

  • Define strategic promises — explicit commitments to future, measurable outcomes, aligned with stakeholder expectations.

  • Turn strategy into movement — each promise is designed as an offering that unites purpose, impact, and shared responsibility.

The outcome:
A year structured around concrete promises, not vague intentions.
A roadmap that is simple, inspiring, and adaptable, where every leader knows the result they have pledged to deliver — and the energy they must mobilize to achieve it.

2. Fulfilling the Promises

(From plan to strategic execution)

Once the year’s promises are defined, we accompany the responsible teams throughout the year to turn them into reality.

This process unfolds in three stages, each with its own rhythm and measurable results:

a. Building solid foundations The team learns to:
el equipo aprende a
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ideate and develop solutions through agile experimentation.
- Lead change effectively — transforming ideas into reality within a large organization.

In parallel, the team designs the ways it will communicate its change activities to stakeholders, ensuring trust, alignment, and strong relationships throughout the journey.

b. Achieving the results
Based on what was learned in the previous stage, the team establishes a disciplined routine of ideating, experimenting, and implementing change.
The SHLOMOCHANGE team facilitates ideation sessions, supports the design and execution of experiments, and ensures the systemic integration of successful changes into the organization.

c. Sustaining the change
Finally, we help the team consolidate what has been achieved — embedding new practices, strengthening accountability, and measuring the impact of results.
The focus shifts from short-term success to long-term transformation, ensuring that the progress made continues to generate value well beyond the year’s end.

“Energy follows attention.”
At SHLOMOCHANGE, we help leaders focus that attention on what truly matters.
